1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States. If you’re located outside these areas, please contact us for special arrangements.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

5. Multiple Orders & Shipping Refunds
If you place more than one order with us on the same day, we’ll combine your orders into a single shipment whenever possible to save you on shipping costs. Any extra shipping fees from multiple orders will be refunded to your original payment method once your order is processed.

Standard free shipping thresholds still apply per order. Orders that individually meet our free shipping minimum will automatically qualify.

We want your shopping experience to be simple and fair—so you’ll never pay extra shipping when your orders can be combined!

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

7. Delivery Issues
